Unlimited, manageable shortcodes no cap on how many you create, with inline editing, duplication, and enable/disable toggles for easy management.

Built-in analytics & revision history — render-count tracking plus 20 saved revisions per shortcode with one-click restore, so you can measure usage and undo mistakes.

Smart auto-insertion — shortcodes can be dropped straight into the header/footer, with rules to limit them to specific pages, devices, or time windows.

Role & audience targeting — show different content to guests vs. specific WordPress user roles, giving fine-grained personalisation.

Bulk & advanced data tools — CSV import/export, WooCommerce field shortcodes, and direct database value fetching for power users and multi-site setups.

Full calculator suite (BMI, BMR, Waist-to-Hip, Macronutrients) — covers the core numbers users actually care about, using proper formulas (Harris Benedict) rather than a basic weight log — this is the backbone that makes the plugin feel professional rather than a simple spreadsheet replacement.

Custom fields with photo uploads — lets site owners tailor what data they collect (custom questions) and let users track visual progress with photos, so the plugin adapts to any niche (fitness, medical, coaching) rather than being one-size-fits-all.

Data export & integrations (CSV/JSON, Webhooks, Zapier, Slack) — nothing gets locked in; data can flow out to spreadsheets, automations, or team notifications, which matters a lot to businesses building on top of the plugin rather than end users

Admin tools for managing users at scale — the ability to view, edit, export, and delete user data with graphs and stats built in means site owners can actually run a service on this (coaching, clinics, gyms), not just host a personal tracker.

Automated email engagement (reminders, milestones, birthdays) — keeps users coming back without manual effort from the site owner, which is the kind of retention feature that turns a tool into a sticky product.
