The design of your website is important, very important. A remarkable design will keep your users engaged. The aim is to get your users to come back for more, therefore you need to grab their attention and imagination with an aesthetic design and engaging user experience.
My aim is to produce, clean, responsive and concise websites. Something that you can be proud of, but importantly a tool to deliver your brand and message to your end users.
It’s common for websites to have an eCommerce presence, whether you are looking for a small boutique shop or a large scale eCommerce solution, I have the experience to help you.
Over the years I have built eCommerce sites from the ground up. Listening to the client, capturing their unique requirements and developing the end product. I’ve used various off-the-shelf platforms such as WooCommerce, OpenCart and OsCommerce. These platforms provide a cost effective and reliable platform to launch a new website.
As time has gone on, I’ve started to use WordPress more often for client’s websites. It’s the web’s leading CMS that allows clients to maintain their own websites with little geeky knowledge. As part of using WordPress, I’ve had to write custom plugins to suit a client’s specific needs. For example, while building Stop Over Eating I needed to create a plugin to allow logged in member’s to keep track of their weight loss. Once it was completed, I decided to release it to the WordPress community and the plugin has developed along with their needs.

What are the next steps?
Drop me an email and lets start the conversation. I always tend to ask clients the following questions, so always worth having a think about these:
- What is the aim of your website? Push your brand / company? Sell items? etc
- Site structure. What is the basic structure of your site? Type of pages, what each page will do, etc.
- Have you got examples of sites you like?
From those three questions, we can start a conversation.
